篇11：就业自我评价
珍贵的四年大学生活已接近尾声，感觉非常有必要总结一下大学四年的得
失，从中继承做得好的方面改进不足的地方，使自己回顾走过的路，也更是为了看清将来要走的路。学习成绩不是非常好，但我却在学习的过程中收获了很多。
首先是我端正了学习态度。在我考进大学时，脑子里想的是好好放松从重压下解放出来的自己，然而很快我就明白了，大学仍需努力认真的学习。看到周围的同学们拼命的学习，我也打消了初衷，开始大学的学习旅程。
其次是极大程度的提高了自己的自学能力。由于大学的授课已不再像高中时填鸭式那样，而是一节课讲述很多知识，只靠课堂上听讲是完全不够的。这就要求在课下练习巩固课堂上所学的知识，须自己钻研并时常去图书馆查一些相关资料。日积月累，自学能力得到了提高。再有就是懂得了运用学习方法同时注重独立思考。要想学好只埋头苦学是不行的，要学会“方法”，做事情的方法。古话说的好，授人以鱼不如授人以渔，我来这里的目的就是要学会“渔”，但说起来容易做起来难，我换了好多种方法，做什么都勤于思考，遇有不懂的地方能勤于请教。
在学习时，以“独立思考”作为自己的座右铭，时刻不忘警戒。随着学习的进步，我不止是学到了公共基础学科知识和很多专业知识，我的心智也有了一个质的飞跃，能较快速的掌握一种新的技术知识，我认为这对于将来很重要。在学习知识这段时间里，我更与老师建立了浓厚的师生情谊。
一转眼四年就这么过去了，感觉时间过得挺快的。感谢我的母校给了我人生中四年大学美好的时光，感谢母校四年时间了让我学到了很多专业方面的知识，感谢母校让我这四年时间了认识了一群那么可爱又诚恳的朋友，感谢母校让我在四年时间了在为人处世方面有所长进。太多感谢母校的话要说了，下面说说大学四年对自己的自我评价吧。
在学习上，大学我学习的是人力资源管理方面的专业，学习了很多关于人力资源方面的知识，例如：人力资源管理学、招聘学、企业管理学等等。顺利通过了大学的英语四级考试、大学英语六级考试、普通话水平考试。也分别获得过学习的一等奖学金、国家大学生奖学金。可以说，在学习方面，没什么遗憾的了，希望以后到社会上可以学习到更多的知识，增值自己。
在生活上，我热爱运动，热爱班集体，热爱我们的摄影社团。认识了一群喜欢篮球的'朋友、喜欢摄影的摄友，当然还有我们班一群既可爱又诚恳的同学。参加过班级举行的、社团举行的以及学校举行的活动累计有几十场吧，享受活动中人与人交流的过程，享受自己为活动付出，为比较而努力的过程。我觉得这些活动使我学会了怎样处理人与人之间的关系，更多的是给了我很多感动。我自我评价自己的大学四年是精彩的，是无遗憾的。
